Delete Your Account — BinaryDollars

You can request deletion of your BinaryDollars account and personal data at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting our support team using this page. This page is provided independently of the app in line with Google Play's data deletion requirements.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1 Open the BinaryDollars app and log in

2 Go to Settings

3 Tap Delete account under Danger Zone

4 Enter the verification code we text to your registered phone number, then confirm

Your account is deleted immediately once confirmed.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app or your phone number, contact us using the details below. To protect your account, we will ask you to confirm your registered email address and/or phone number before processing the request. We aim to complete manual deletion requests within 7 business days.

What gets deleted vs. what we keep

Why some records are kept: as a licensed payment intermediary handling real money movement, we are required to retain transaction records (amounts, dates, and outcomes — with your name and contact details removed) for financial auditing and fraud-prevention purposes. These retained records can no longer be linked back to you as an individual once your account is deleted.

How long deletion takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Requests made via email or phone are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
